Wood Victorian Dollhouse Screen Doors

One thing all dollhouse enthusiasts can agree on and that is quality!  After more than a decade in miniature design and build out - I have had the opportunity to learn many lessons, often the hard way.  That is why when we set out to build the victorian dollhouse supply product line, we wanted to provide the best material, the best design, the best customer service.

Today we are highlighting our Victorian Doll house Screen Doors.  The are designed from architectural designs found during research as well some are custom designed, or hybrid designs of our creations mixed with common screen door designs from the Victorian era.

Our screen doors are wood only frames.  They provide builders a flat canvas to use whatever screen source you like, as well as hardware to match your taste.  All of our doors measure 2 7/8" wide x 6 11/16" tall.  However, like all of our products - everything can be designed and cut to order.

Adjustable Victorian Dollhouse Spandrels Fretwork

One of the most common things we run into while designing our products is that everyone's needs are just slightly different. Someone may have customized their house to have an extra wide hall, or have a gap where a fretwork grille would fit perfectly - if it was 5 1/16"! We have all fussed with different parts to get them to fit correctly and naturally - the last thing anyone wants is a sloppy installation. 

While we were designing our custom (8", 9" and 10") fretwork spandrels - we realized that our basic design concepts could easily be built and blended to provide a dynamic and scalable solution to widths as short as 4 3/4". You simply take your total width measurement, divide by 2 and then take our center point and mark off on each side where to cut. A miter saw and box make this a quick and easy task - we recommend - TAKE it SLOW! You will be happier with the end results!
